Management Company

HOA Professional Management

At Crescent Ridge, our HOA partners with a professional management company to handle the day-to-day operations of the community. This ensures consistency, accountability, and responsive service for all homeowners—while allowing your Board of Directors to focus on leadership and long-term planning.

Together, the Board and CASA are committed to transparency, responsible financial stewardship, and maintaining the high standards that make Crescent Ridge a community we are proud to call home.

How Management Is Evaluated

Your Board of Directors regularly reviews management performance, service quality, responsiveness, and overall costs. When appropriate, the Board obtains bids from other management companies before deciding whether to renew or change providers.

This process helps ensure:

  • Services remain aligned with the community’s needs
  • Costs are competitive and transparent
  • The Board maintains strong oversight on behalf of homeowners

Our Current Management Company

Crescent Ridge HOA is managed by CASA Professional Association Management.

Homeowners may contact CASA through the association’s Contact Form for assistance with:

  • Billing and account questions
  • Covenant questions and compliance matters
  • Estoppels (HOA letters), Communicating with title companies for closings
  • Moving in or out of the neighborhood
  • HOA financial information
  • Common area concerns (landscaping, lighting, green space)
  • General community issues

Why We Use a Management Company

The Board of Directors consists of volunteers. However, running an HOA requires ongoing administrative, financial, and compliance work throughout the year. A professional management company supports the Board by handling essential operational tasks, including:

  • Receiving mail and processing payments
  • Depositing checks and reconciling accounts
  • Preparing monthly financial reports
  • Maintaining official records
  • Coordinating vendors and service providers
  • Assisting with covenant compliance and architectural reviews

This partnership helps keep the HOA running smoothly, provides professional financial oversight, safeguards association funds, and reduces the risk of mismanagement.

What Does It Cost?

Full-service HOA management typically ranges from $6–$10 per lot per month, with additional service fees varying by provider. The Board evaluates both base management fees and potential additional charges to ensure the best overall value for Crescent Ridge homeowners.
