Crescent Ridge HOA – Annual Meeting Notice

Mark your calendar for the Crescent Ridge Homeowners Association Annual Meeting, scheduled for 6:00 PM on May 26, 2027. The meeting will be held at Collinsville City Park, 415 S 19th Street, and is expected to last one hour.

This is an important opportunity to stay informed about neighborhood matters, hear updates from the Board, review community priorities, and participate in decisions that impact our neighborhood. Homeowner input and involvement are essential to maintaining a strong and well-managed community.

Bring your family! While the meeting is underway, kids can enjoy the playground located right next to the meeting area, and there’s also a splash pad available for some fun. Cookies and bottled water will be provided.

We encourage all homeowners to attend and take part in shaping the future of Crescent Ridge. After the meeting, feel free to stay and enjoy the park amenities with your family—you might even consider packing a picnic dinner to make the most of the evening.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact us using this Contact Form to submit a proxy form so the Board may vote on your behalf in your absence.

In the event of lightning, the event will be cancelled.

It’s time to clean out those closets, clear the garage, and turn your extra items into cash!

Our Crescent Ridge Neighborhood Garage Sale is happening for one day only — and participating is easy. Just open your garage door, and you’re in! There is no cost to participate.

We’ll be handing out a printed map to shoppers that morning so they can easily find participating homes.

To have your address included, simply complete the Contact Form.

Tie a balloon to your mailbox, hang festive flag banners, or even set up a lemonade stand—anything that helps draw attention to your garage and welcome shoppers in!
