Crescent Ridge is a welcoming 101-lot neighborhood designed with both community and nature in mind. Residents enjoy two private fishing ponds, reserved exclusively for Crescent Ridge members, offering a peaceful spot to relax, fish, and connect with the outdoors. The neighborhood also features a beautifully maintained entrance island, creating a striking first impression while reflecting the care and pride of the Crescent Ridge community.
The Crescent Ridge Homeowners Association (HOA) was established in 2007 and transitioned to resident control in 2011. The subdivision was primarily developed by Rausch Coleman Homes.
