AppFolio Online Portal & Payments Guide

Important Notices

  • You must create your homeowner AppFolio account through our management company’s account (see the link above).
  • If you have an existing AppFolio (whether or not through Crescent Ridge), you might be able to use your existing login for ours.
  • Autopay does NOT transfer automatically.
    If you had Autopay set up prior to January 31, 2026, you must re-establish it in your new AppFolio account.
  • We do not accept PayPal payments.

1. Create Your Account

If you have not received your AppFolio portal invitation from CASA, please call 918-800-CASA (2272) or email [email protected] for assistance.

Once you receive your invitation:

  1. Click the link in your email.
  2. Create your login credentials.
  3. Log in to your new account.

For the best experience, use Chrome or Safari.

Important Tips

  • Each adult living in the home may create a separate account.
    (Example: Mr. Smith creates one account; Mrs. Smith creates a separate account.)
  • Use the exact email address on file with the management company.
  • Your registration will be reviewed to confirm HOA membership.
  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Look for an email from “appfolio.com” (check your junk/spam folder if needed).

2. Existing Users

After your account is set up, log in through the AppFolio Owner Portal using your new CASA credentials.


3. Landlords & Non-Resident Owners

All property owners—including landlords and non-resident owners—must create their own AppFolio account.

Within your portal:

  • Indicate if the property is tenant-occupied.
  • Enter tenant information:
    • Lease start and end dates
    • Tenant contact information
  • Upload:
    • Lease agreement
    • Any other relevant documents

Keeping this information current helps ensure accurate communication and compliance.


4. Making Dues Payments

Option 1: Online Payments (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your AppFolio portal.
  2. On the Home or Payments tab, click “Pay Now.”
  3. Choose your payment method:
    • eCheck (bank withdrawal)
    • Credit/Debit Card (non-refundable processing fee applies)
  4. Enter payment details → Continue → Select payment date → Submit payment.

Important:
Always include the address of the Crescent Ridge property you are paying for.

You may pay:

  • The full balance
  • A partial amount

A confirmation email will be sent after submission.


Option 2: Mail a Payment

Make checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks payable to:

Important:
Include the Crescent Ridge property address on your payment.


Option 3: Bank Bill Pay

Contact your bank to set up Bill Pay and provide:

Pay to: Crescent Ridge Association
Address: PO Box 1036, Jenks, OK 74037
Amount to pay

Important:
Be sure the Crescent Ridge property address is included.

Your bank will mail the payment on your behalf, typically at no cost.
