Please create only one account per address.

Your request will be reviewed to confirm your HOA membership status. Once approved, your login credentials will be emailed to you.

Make sure to look for an email from “appfolio.com” in case it goes to your junk mail.

Existing Users

Landlords

All property owners—including landlords and others not residing in Crescent Ridge—SHOULD create their own AppFolio account. Within your account, you may indicate if your property is occupied by a Renter. Then, you may enter the current tenant’s information:

• lease start and expiration dates
• tenant contact information
• upload your lease agreement
• any other relevant files
