Welcome, Crescent Ridge families!
These peaceful grounds are a special place for our HOA members to relax, fish, and enjoy nature. The Grounds are maintained with your HOA dues and the volunteer efforts of our residents.

Please help us keep our Grounds safe and beautiful by following all rules at all times. Every rule exists for a reason—compliance is your responsibility.

Crescent Ridge Association is not liable for any injury, accident, loss, theft, or death.

DO:

  • Abide by all applicable laws, including City of Owasso ordinances and fishing license regulations.
  • Fish with rod and reel only; catch and release is required.
  • Pick up after your pets.
  • Leave the grounds better than you found them.

DO NOT:

  • Bring onto the grounds any vehicles, watercraft/toys, RC vehicles/toys, ATVs, dirt bikes, go-karts, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, hoverboards, golf carts, drones, weapons, etc.
  • Swim, wade, consume pond water, or enter the water (including when frozen).
  • Dig, dump, alter, or vandalize any part of the grounds (including signs, plants, fish, wildlife, rocks, spillways, fencing, grass, trees, etc.).
  • Throw rocks, balls, mud, branches, or other objects into the pond or onto the grounds.
  • Bring alcohol, tobacco, vaping devices, controlled substances, glass containers, weapons, or fireworks.
  • Play loud music, use foul language, make a fire, or engage in bodily elimination.
  • Loiter, sleep, camp, or store belongings.
  • Touch fences, spigots, hoses, trees, or other landscaping or structures.
  • Disturb wildlife.

WARNING:

  • Private property rules are enforced by the HOA Board. Applicable laws and city ordinances are enforced by law enforcement.
  • Violations may result in penalties as outlined in the HOA’s governing documents, including fines and/or suspension of privileges. Violators may also face prosecution and fines under the City of Owasso and the State of Oklahoma law. Examples include littering, trespassing, vandalizing, theft, off-leash dogs, failure to clean up pet excrement, or failure to possess an Oklahoma fishing license.
  • Grounds and water may be chemically treated. Do not ingest.
  • Fish and water are professionally managed. Do not introduce other fish, wildlife, or vegetation.
  • Cameras may be recording for forensic/investigative purposes.

Bluegill • Redear Sunfish • Green Sunfish • Crappie • Largemouth Bass • Channel Catfish • Flathead Catfish

When removing a hook, handle fish gently. If the hook is deeply embedded, cut the line near the hook and gently return the fish to the water. It will naturally expel the hook. Responsible techniques and tools are required.

FISHING REGULATIONS

  • HOA membership in good standing (proof required).
  • State fishing license laws apply.
  • Rod and reel only. Catch and release only.
  • No net casting, spearing, bowfishing, trapping, snagging, jugging, noodling, etc.
  • The pond is professionally managed. Do not introduce external fish, plants, bait, etc.

ACCESS TO THE GROUNDS IS LIMITED TO:

  • Crescent Ridge residents whose HOA dues are paid in full.
  • Residents in good standing may bring guests—including children, pets, and non-resident visitors—provided the resident remains on the premises at all times and assumes full responsibility for their conduct and compliance. Guests are not permitted to use the grounds without the hosting resident present. Residents assume all legal and financial responsibility for their guests.
  • Unaccompanied minors must live in Crescent Ridge and provide the name and contact information of a responsible adult HOA member who is available and responsive during the entire visit. If the adult is unreachable, the minor must leave the grounds immediately.
  • To ensure these grounds are used exclusively by residents and their accompanied guests, residency verification may be checked by Law Enforcement or an HOA Member. Do not allow your children to visit alone if you do not consent.

SE PERMITE:

ADVERTENCIA:

Las reglas de propiedad privada son aplicadas por la Junta de la HOA. Las leyes y ordenanzas municipales aplicables son aplicadas por las autoridades.

Las violaciones pueden resultar en sanciones según los documentos de gobierno de la HOA, incluyendo multas y/o la suspensión de privilegios. Los infractores también pueden enfrentar enjuiciamiento y multas bajo las leyes de la ciudad de Owasso y el estado de Oklahoma.

Al retirar un anzuelo, manipule el pez con cuidado. Si el anzuelo está profundamente incrustado, corte la línea cerca del anzuelo y devuelva suavemente el pez al agua. Expulsará el anzuelo de forma natural. Se requieren técnicas y herramientas responsables.

REGLAMENTOS DE PESCA

  • Ser miembro de la HOA con membresía vigente (se requiere prueba).
  • Aplican las leyes estatales de licencias de pesca.
  • Solo caña y carrete. Solo captura y liberación.
  • Prohibido el uso de redes, lanzas, arco, trampas, anzuelos múltiples, garfios, jarras, pesca con las manos (noodling), etc.
  • El estanque es gestionado—no introduzca peces, plantas, cebos, etc. externos.

ACCESO A LOS TERRENOS ESTÁ LIMITADO A:

Residentes de Crescent Ridge con cuotas de HOA pagadas en su totalidad.

Los residentes con membresía vigente pueden traer invitados—incluyendo niños, mascotas y visitantes no residentes—siempre que el residente permanezca en el lugar en todo momento y asuma total responsabilidad por su conducta y cumplimiento.
Los invitados no pueden usar los terrenos sin la presencia del residente anfitrión.
Los residentes asumen toda la responsabilidad legal y financiera por sus invitados.

Los menores sin acompañante deben vivir en Crescent Ridge y proporcionar el nombre e información de contacto de un adulto responsable, miembro de la HOA, que esté disponible y sea receptivo durante toda la visita. Si el adulto no puede ser contactado, el menor deberá abandonar los terrenos de inmediato.

Para garantizar que estos terrenos sean utilizados exclusivamente por residentes y sus invitados acompañados, la verificación de residencia puede ser solicitada por las autoridades o un miembro de la HOA.
No permita que sus hijos visiten solos si no está de acuerdo con esto.
