The newly elected Board of Directors has decided not to increase HOA dues for 2025. The dues will remain at $225 per year, due April 1, 2025. For full details, you can view the dues history on the Dues page.
The homeowners elected a completely new Board of Directors, with the exception of the Secretary, at the annual meeting in October 2024. The new Board expresses sincere thanks to all homeowners for their trust and support. We look forward to serving our community.
